What affects the price.
Four things determine the final rate. Understanding them helps you plan.
- Weight & dimensions
- Charged on the greater of actual or volumetric weight — standard industry practice.
- Distance & route
- Domestic routes are cheaper than cross-border. Island and remote destinations carry a surcharge.
- Service level
- Express costs more than Standard. Same-day or weekend delivery carries a premium.
- Volume
- Regular weekly shipments qualify for negotiated rates. The more you ship, the lower the per-kg cost.
