We do not guarantee that tracking information will be uninterrupted, error-free, or updated in real time. Scan data reflects the information recorded by our operations team and, where applicable, partner carriers.
4. Rates and payment
Rates published on this site are indicative and based on the weight, dimensions, route, and service level at time of booking. Final rates are confirmed at booking. Volume discounts, surcharges, and customs duties are separate from the stated rate and may apply.
5. Delivery and delays
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing at booking. Delivery may be delayed by factors outside our control, including weather, customs clearance, carrier disruptions, and force majeure events.
6. Claims and liability
Claims for loss or damage must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Standard insurance covers consignments up to a limit published at booking.
